| 2 | For bookings made via e-mail or phone, upon confirmation, guests are required to pay 50% a non-refundable deposit. All payments shall be made in cash to the Bank accounts below:

| 3 | We do not provide daily room housekeeping. Nonetheless, Guests are required to keep premise reasonably clean as and where it is. |
| 4 | No footwear allowed within the premises. |
| 5 | Pets are not allowed. |
| 6 | STRICTLY, No carrying or consuming ILLICIT DRUGS within the premises. |
| 7 | Aman Guest House is a non-smoking area; however, smokers are allowed to utilize the open area outside the premises. |
| 8 | We reserve the right to decline a booking or refuse entry to accommodate any person(s) or group who in our opinion, are not suitable to occupy our premises. In this case, no reason will need to be given and the contract shall be discharged without further liability on either party. |
| 9 | Aman Guest House reserves the right to change or delete any of the info in this website whenever appropriate without any prior notice. |
| 10 | Guests are requested to take care of their own safety and security of their own belongings while staying at Aman Guest House. The management shall not be held responsible for any losses happening. |
